Geoff is truly a great personal trainer who really cares about his clients. He not only guided me through workouts, but also thoroughly explained why we did certain workouts a certain way. He has incredible knowledge about the art of bodybuilding, and shares that knowledge during workouts to make them a lot more fun and informative. He did a great job in getting me out of my comfort zone and pushing me past my limits during our workouts together. He is also very prompt, courteous and considerate. Throughout our time together, I got to know Geoff quite well, and can say I’ve made a friend for life! Overall, I would definitely highly recommend Geoff as a personal trainer!

I've tried a handful of trainers over the years, but I never felt like any of them ever listened to my goals or came up with a solid plan of executing them. Right when I was about to give up on personal training, I found Geoff and he has been amazing. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. He is extremely knowledgable and patient. I've never really enjoyed working out until I started training with Geoff. I’ve been training with Geoff for six months now and I'm incredibly satisfied with the results. His enthusiasm for what he does helps me stay motivated along with the friendly encouragement I get every week. I actually look forward to my sessions!
